Mike Cox

Mike has been working with and around apprenticeships for the whole of this century and some of the previous one. After a short career in procurement, Mike went on to deliver apprenticeship training in East London. He moved on to design support programmes for staff delivering a range of government initiatives including Train to Gain, Functional Skills, Diplomas, Study Programmes, SEND and Apprenticeships.

He was project director of the most recent apprenticeship support programme in England, before he moved to RICS where he is using his experience to support providers and employers to bring on the next generation of surveyors.

Mike is also a trustee of a global medical charity Safe Anaesthesia World Wide, captain of his village cricket team and brews his own beer.
