U4GM Grow a Garden 2 Harvest Moon Machine
Harvest Moon Part 3 is shaping up to be a useful update for players who enjoy building efficient pet setups. The leaked Harvest Moon Machine is still a mystery, so there is no point burning resources on guesses. A better move is to prepare carrots, mutation-focused pets, and enough Grow a Garden 2 Items to keep your garden running while the new event takes shape. The real talking point, though, is the Anubis levelling method.
Why the Anubis Method Works
Anubis can consume a fruit carrying several mutations and turn that investment into age progress for another pet. The basic exchange is tied to mutation count, with every four mutations offering an age increase and a chance of a better result. You will notice the difference quickly. A heavily mutated carrot is worth far more in this setup than it would be as an ordinary harvest, so think twice before selling one.
Build the Carrot Stockpile
Start with roughly 20 carrots in one part of the garden. Use a mutation pet such as Phoenix, Kappa, or Wolf, then add seven Mimic Octopus pets with 15-second cooldowns. Once the carrots have picked up a decent spread of mutations, change the team to one Tiger, one T-Rex, and six 15-second Mimic Octopus pets. Leave them working for five to ten minutes. You are not chasing speed here. You want a strong batch.
Keep One Carrot Safe
Plant a fresh carrot, mark it as a favourite, and use Spinosaurus with seven 15-second Mimic Octopus pets to pull mutations towards that target. Harvest the older carrots after the transfer. You should be left with one valuable carrot holding a large mutation stack. For the next round, plant 20 to 25 more carrots and favourite them, while leaving the special carrot unfavourited. A T-Rex with seven Mimic Octopus pets can spread the stored mutations across the new group. Save at least one strong carrot every time. If you use everything at once, the whole process becomes much slower.
Run the Levelling Cycle
Place the saved carrot where Anubis can reach it, then equip a Rainbow-hatched Anubis, six 15-second Mimic Octopus pets, and the pet you want to level. As Anubis consumes the mutated carrots, the mutation total becomes age progress for your chosen pet. Ember Griffin can fit into related setups, but it needs the Transcendent stage and may not match the results from an Inferno-focused team. Toys or Stork may suit players who prefer an unattended garden. Before Harvest Moon Part 3 arrives, keep spare space open and build a steady carrot supply; players who want to speed up preparation can also compare GAG 2 Items for sale while keeping enough resources for repeated cycles.
